Terms of Service

1. Minimum Age

You must be at least 9 years old to use Reach. If you're under 9, please do not use the app.

2. License

Reach gives you a personal, non-transferable license to download and use the app on any device that you own or control. You're not allowed to change the app in any way.

3. User Conduct and Safety

You agree to use Reach only for lawful purposes and in a way that doesn't break any laws or hurt anyone else's rights. Bullying, harassment, and other illegal or harmful behavior is not allowed. If Reach sees that you're breaking the rules, or if another user reports behavior that violates these rules, we can take action such as giving you a warning, suspending your account, or permanently banning you from using the app. You're responsible for your own conduct and any content you share on the app. You're not allowed to share anything on the app that could harm other people or devices. You agree to follow all laws and regulations related to data protection, privacy, and user safety. Also, you agree to provide accurate information when you sign up for an account.

4. Safety and Respecting the Rights of Others

To keep Reach safe and open for everyone, we ask that you follow these rules: • Don't pretend to be someone else or provide false information when creating an account • Don't use Reach for any illegal or harmful activities • Don't violate these terms or any of our policies • Don't do anything that might disrupt the normal operation of Reach • Don't try to create multiple accounts or access information without permission • Don't try to buy, sell, or transfer any part of your account • Don't share private or confidential information or do anything that violates someone else's rights • Don't use a domain name or URL in your name without our permission • Don't try to understand how the app works by breaking it apart Don't upload, post, send, comment on or store content that: • Violates or infringes any third-party right • Promotes illegal activities or impersonates other people • Is bullying, harassing, abusive, threatening, vulgar, obscene, or offensive, or that contains pornography, nudity, or graphic or gratuitous violence, or that promotes violence, racism, discrimination, bigotry, hatred, or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual • Is harmful to minors in any way or targeted at persons under the age of 9 • Spams or solicits Reach users to purchase anything • Requests any form of identification or illegal content from Reach users • Interferes with the positive experience of other users of the Reach Platform You are solely responsible for any content or information that you transmit, submit, display or otherwise make available through the Services. You agree that you will only submit content or information that does not violate the rights of any third party and is not illegal, obscene, defamatory, threatening, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of "spam."

5. Limitation of Liability

Reach will not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to the use of the app, including but not limited to direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, losses or expenses arising in connection with any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, or line or system failure. You understand and agree that your use of the app is at your own risk, and that the app is provided "as is" and "as available."

6. Changes to the Terms

Reach can change the Terms at any time. If we make important changes, we'll let you know at least 30 days in advance. If you keep using the app after the changes take effect, it means you agree with the new Terms.
